Shipping

At ADDICTEDUSA we specialize in shipping to our customers in the United States and Canada. 

As a special service, we offer all orders over $50 for the United States and $200 for Canada with free shipping! 

And because we know that you wish to receive our shopping as soon as possible, we manage orders from Monday to Friday (or the next business day, in cases of holidays or weekends). Orders take 1 - 3 working days to be processed. Thereafter, shipping will take on average 2 - 3 days for many destinations. Since we are dispatching from Dallas, Texas no Customs are due for United States customers.  Custom clearance in Canada may delay deliveries. Our apologies if for some reason beyond our control your parcel is a bit delayed, usually it never happens! Orders under $500 are exempt from Canadian Customs.

Our freely shipped orders come with no delivery guarantee. If tracking shows delivered ADDICTEDUSA will accept no responsibility for missing packages.  If you are concerned about missing packages in your neighborhood we strong suggest selected "Insured Delivery" at checkout.

As we are experts in fashion and not in transport, we thought it would be appropriate to delegate this task to the best logistics professionals. Our carriers are world renowned companies such as USPS and UPS.
